You can try all of Deskbell free for 14 days before paying anything. If you pay and it is still not right for you, this is how you get your money back.
14 days to change your mind
Ask within 14 days of any payment, monthly or yearly, and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Write to support@deskbellhq.com from the email address on your account, or include your Paddle receipt. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, processes the refund and returns it to the way you paid, usually within 14 days of approval.
After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, unless the law requires it. You can still cancel at any time so that you are not charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Your rights under the law
Nothing here limits any refund rights that the law where you are gives you.
