Terms of Service
Last updated October 30, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Muhammad Umais Brohi, who runs Deskbell ("we" or "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you agree on its behalf.
What Deskbell is
Deskbell is software for running a coworking space: members, desks, room bookings, invoices and the emails that go with them. It is made for businesses, and you must be at least 18 to use it.
Your account
Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the people you invite to your space do there.
Free trial and plans
Every new space gets a 14-day free trial with no card needed. When it ends, choose a plan to keep using Deskbell. If you do not, you lose access to the app, and what you added is kept as our Privacy Policy describes.
Your plan depends on how many active members your space has. Prices are on our website. If you grow past your plan, we will ask you to move up to the one that fits.
Payment
Our orders are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes your payment, handles sales tax and sends your receipts. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. If we change our prices, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Our Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back.
Your data and your members
What you put into Deskbell stays yours. We use it only to run the service for you, as our Privacy Policy explains.
You are responsible for having the right to add your members' details to Deskbell and to email them. Deskbell sends invoices and reminders because you set it up to, and it sends them in the name of your space.
Your invoices and your money
Your members pay you directly, through your own payment link or bank details. We never hold or handle that money.
Deskbell works out invoices from what you enter, so please check them before they go out. The invoices, the taxes on them and your own accounts are your responsibility. Nothing in Deskbell is accounting, tax or legal advice.
Fair use
Please do not use Deskbell to:
- Break the law or send spam
- Add information about people that you have no right to hold
- Attack, overload or try to get around the security of the service
- Copy the service, or resell it without our written agreement
The service
We work hard to keep Deskbell running and your data safe, but it is provided "as is", and we cannot promise it will never go down or never have a mistake in it. We may improve or change features. If we plan to remove something important, we will tell you first.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose. Nothing here removes rights that the law says cannot be removed.
If we end your account
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. We will tell you why, unless the law stops us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes go to its courts. This does not take away any rights that the law where you are gives you and cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
If we make an important change, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Deskbell after that, the new terms apply.
